“I’m always treated fairly and honestly. There is never any beating around the bush anytime that I need any questions answered. It’s been some time now since I’ve had to file a claim, but when I had to, it was taken care of in a very timely manner. The folks up at the Hamlin office ALWAYS treat me like I am one of their own family. I respect that wholeheartedly! It’s bad enough that when you have had something happen where you need assistance and care, but when you get someone who could care less, it only adds to the stress and confusion. “You usually give us very quick response to any questions or problems that we have. A woman from some insurance group called and wanted to save us money on our auto insurance. I reminded her that like anything else, you get what you pay for. What good is really cheep insurance if they aren’t responsive, or don’t pay a claim? If you want quality, and dependsbility, you are willing to pay a little more for those items. Having someone there that answers thecphone when you need them is worth paying for.AND… while you provide any info about changes I might think of, rarely does anyone try to sell me something else, which is very rare these days.”
