“The people in the Hamlin office are always very nice and pleasant and they answer any questions I might have. When I had the two weird accidents I was treated well and the adjusters were very fair. The only thing I would suggest is that the rental agency be a little bit more accomodating. They are not part of you but I would wish they would bring me a car and pick it up rather than I having to get a ride to them.. ”
